About the Role
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be the opportunity to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Shaftesbury West provides person-centred care and support, enabling adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, to live as independently as possible. We offer three independent living services, ranging from daytime to 24-hour, sleep-in care and support.
