About the Role
As an Offender Health Physiotherapist, you will be required to undertake the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the offender healthcare setting who may have complex and/or chronic presentations, determine clinical diagnoses, and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
This is a part-time role, 2 sessions per month: 1 at The Bracton Centre, Dartford and 1 at Memorial Hospital, London.
Your Day to Day
* Manage own clinical caseload
* Develop current and expand new business opportunities
* Maintain professional standards
* Comply with all PPH standards, policies, and procedures
* Work within and provide information for contract-specific KPIs
* Manage the delivery of an offender health physiotherapy service
* Liaise regularly with PPH SMT
* Maintain a clinical list, possibly across multiple locations
* Predominantly offender health patients, but may also include private/staff member patients
* Maintain clinical governance standards throughout clinical locations
* Take responsibility for risk management
* Report clinical incidents, complaints, and compliments
* Responsible for monthly reporting of statistics to Senior Management
* Regular feedback and meetings with SMT
Minimum Requirements
* HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist
* Experience of post-graduate CPD
* Experience working as a Physiotherapist for a minimum of two years
* History of rotational physio work covering respiratory/MSK/Neuro and others
