Job Title: Service Administrator Job Type: Full-Time Temporary (Ongoing) Hours: Mon - Fri (Friday early finish) Salary: up to £28k Location: Stockport Role Overview Be the first point of contact for Service Desk calls and emails in a friendly and proactive manner, supporting the Field Service Engineers through accurate call allocation and regular communication. Key Responsibilities: Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls and managing engineers Processing incoming orders and dealing with all general email enquiries Working alongside head office and other key internal stakeholders to provide outstanding levels of customer service Developing technical product knowledge in order to provide detailed customer support and handle fault resolution Working with in house systems including to accurately store information Providing aftersales support and identifying spare parts Processing invoices and quotations Desirable Skills: Good attitude and people skills Attention to detail Experience in working within a busy Customer Service role Problem solving skills Previous experience in working with CRM systems, or strong systems skills Interest in understanding and working with a range of technical products The Employment Agencies Act (EAA) is a piece of legislation which sets a minimum standard of conduct for recruitment agencies in the UK.
