Production Operative - Night Shift Impact Recruitment is looking for a Production Operative to join a dedicated team working night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Production & Manufacturing - Assist in the preparation, production, and packaging of products, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently. Quality Control - Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict industry standards. Equipment Checks & Maintenance - Operate and maintain production equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operation. Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels, organise materials, and report shortages to maintain an efficient workflow. Sanitisation & Cleanroom Procedures - Follow strict hygiene protocols, including the cleaning and sterilisation of work areas, equipment, and tools to meet industry regulations. Environmental Monitoring - Conduct checks on environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Record-Keeping & Compliance - Accurately complete documentation and reports to ensure all production processes comply with company policies and industry regulations. Health & Safety Adherence - Follow workplace safety procedures, use PPE correctly, and report any potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Strong IT skills and ability to work with computers. High attention to detail and good communication skills. Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain accuracy. Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
