One of the leading providers of business supplies and services with over 135 years in the business is expanding their sales teams and is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Telesales Representative to join their team in Derby.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to drive new business.
The Role
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to new business prospects, reconnecting with lapsed customers, and nurturing warm leads to convert them into long-term clients. You will be engaging with key decision-makers in the B2B SME space, offering them tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
Skills
1. Experience: 1+ year of experience in B2B telesales or outbound sales, preferably within the SME sector.
2. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with business decision-makers confidently.
3. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales goals.
4. Results-Driven: Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
