About the Role
As the Deputy Branch Manager for Operations, you'll lead and inspire our team, ensuring top-notch service delivery to our clients. You'll keep the team well-trained, motivated, and ready to provide exceptional service. Plus, you'll manage expenditures to maintain efficiency and quality across all sites .
Position: Deputy Branch Operation's Manager
Location: Ideally will live in / around the Normanton area
Pay: £36,000 per annum + £6,500.00 car allowance
Experience needed: 3 years+ experience in operational management & 5 years+ experience within security industry
Flexibility is key as the position will form part of the out of hours Duty Manager escalation!
Job Opportunity
* Allocate resources to meet client service requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
* Promptly communicate resource needs to HR, ensuring equipment is ordered and distributed.
* Consistently meet company and client KPI targets and support client retention through consistent service levels.
* Maintain up-to-date assignment instructions, risk assessments, and documentation.
* Adhere to health, safety, and quality management standards, performing audits and quality checks.
* Control direct costs, manage operational issues, and escalate as necessary.
* Lead by example, promoting integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness while recognizing and rewarding best practices.
* Monitor employee engagement, address turnover, and conduct performance reviews.
* Ensure effective training, manage performance improvements, and support staff development.
* Build strong relationships with unions, support departments, and the solutions team.
* Contribute to branch KPIs, succession planning, and company initiatives, sharing best practices.
* Perform other duties as directed, upholding Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Essential Skills
* SIA licence
* Driving Licence
* 5 years checkable employment or education history
* Right to work in the UK
* 3 years+ experience in operational management
* 5 years+ experience within security industry
* Commercial acumen awareness
* Flexible with working time
* Excellent time management skills
* Communication is key to succeed in this role
* Able to form good working relationships
