SEN School Transport Driver – Immediate Start Teaching Personnel is recruiting for an SEN School Transport Driver to join a specialist school as soon as possible. This role involves transporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to and from school, ensuring a safe and supportive journey. The Role: Split shifts: 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon Paid for 7.5 hours per day Transporting students to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being Building positive relationships with students and supporting their individual needs during transit Following safeguarding procedures and liaising with school staff as needed What’s on Offer: Fuel card provided to cover travel expenses School vehicle available to take home after passing the probation period Stable and rewarding role supporting children with SEN Immediate start available – meet with the school as soon as possible What We’re Looking For: A full UK driving licence with a clean record Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN or SEMH needs (desirable but not essential) A calm, patient, and professional approach Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible and rewarding role in education transport.
