They're a fast-growing, values-driven organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding support across our specialist care services. They're now looking for a Regional Manager to join our Specialist Care Division - someone passionate about people, performance, and creating positive change. About the Role As Regional Manager, you will take accountability for multiple services across the Rochdale region, leading two specialist businesses initially. You'll empower Service and Registered Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for adults with complex needs - including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and acquired brain injuries (ABI).
