Conceived in Tokyo by the famed Japanese-French record label, Café Kitsuné features classic pastries and cakes with a Japanese accent.

The Role
As our Door Ambassador, you'll be the face of Pantechnicon, creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. You'll set the tone with a warm, professional welcome, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. With your deep local knowledge, you'll be a go-to person for recommendations, assisting with inquiries, and building genuine relationships with regulars and local residents. Your presence will help create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, making Pantechnicon a place where people feel at home from the moment they arrive.
About You
* Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, preferably multi-site experience
* Warm, approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with all guests
* Good knowledge of the local area
* Confident in building and maintaining relationships with guests, local businesses, and residents
* Discreet and professional, able to handle potentially sensitive situations with care
* Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Professional demeanour and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere
