We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal agents, resellers, and external suppliers to ensure seamless pre-sales support, accurate credit checks, and exceptional customer service.

A Bit About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with internal agents and resellers to provide essential pre-sales information while conducting customer credit checks by gathering data from internal and external sources and submitting it to suppliers. You will ensure compliance with each supplier's operational and contractual requirements, liaise with external suppliers to discuss credit referrals, and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for clients.
Additionally, you will communicate credit check outcomes to sales agents via Microsoft Teams, refer necessary corrections back to brokers or agents, and update credit scores through Quality Control Queues. Accurate logging and modification of customer records and usage details on internal systems and external platforms will be a key part of your responsibilities.
You will also work to improve termination acceptance rates, contributing to the achievement of business revenue targets. Handling customer calls from the concierge team, addressing post-live sales queries, and coordinating with suppliers to assist customers will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will provide feedback and escalate issues to the Direct Manager and Assistant Managers as needed.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills, capable of delivering a high standard of support to both internal teams and external partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with suppliers, agents, and customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate and resolve issues proactively will be key to success in this role.
