About the Project Coordinator role:
Our European Supply Chain team is looking for a talented Project Coordinator to lead and oversee formal projects. As the Project Coordinator, you will work closely with multi-functional project teams to ensure seamless collaboration across functions to meet agreed timelines. You'll also be responsible for communicating project progress to key stakeholders and engaging with them to identify opportunities for process improvements.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional project teams and leverage the expertise of subject matter experts to manage multi-functional projects.
The key responsibilities of our Project Coordinator will include:
* Providing the department with SAP expertise and liaising with any process or document related issues or opportunities for improvement.
* Comprehensive project planning, documentation, and structuring to guarantee compliance with agreed-upon project timelines.
* Skilfully guiding cross-functional project teams, leveraging the expertise of relevant subject matter experts for each project
* Collaborate closely with Project Team members and Subject Matter Experts to proactively identify potential process failings, initiating investigations and corrective actions.
* Monthly report to the European EPD & Change Project Coordinator, tracking performance against targets.

* Proven ability to instil structure and motivation within multi-functional Project Teams
* Demonstrated track record of successfully working within specified deadlines, showcasing a commitment to timely project delivery.
* Recognizing and implementing process improvement opportunities

* Proficient with SAP
* Excellent communication, collaborating and co-ordinating skills
