We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team, who will be based in the Southwest of England, ideally in Exeter, to join our team in a remote/virtual capacity. While the role is primarily remote, we do have an office in Newton Abbot, Devon, where attendance will be required for training sessions, monthly meetings, strategy discussions, and team events. As a Senior Recruiter at Sevenstep, you will deliver recruitment, sourcing, and coordination services for some of the best-known and most successful companies in the world. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing qualifications and CVs of candidates to qualify their fit for a position with the client - Managing a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods - Conducting telephone screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates and document phone screens accordingly - Handling any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding open positions - Updating Applicant Tracking System to reflect status of candidates and requisitions Ideally, you will: - Have a minimum of 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing company (RPO), in-house, or staffing agency - Hold a bachelor's degree or have finished secondary school and obtained your GCSEs, and have relevant experience within Talent Acquisition, HR, Customer Service, Hospitality, or similar industries - Be able to travel to the Newton Abbot office for training sessions, team building, and other work-related purposes, as well as travel internationally for occasional client visits when required.
