Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the vital link between our customers and our innovative networking products. Your expertise will ensure that distribution partners and installers receive top-tier technical support, contributing to the seamless integration and functionality of our products in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to distribution partners and installers, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of queries related to our networking products.
2. Conduct product testing, analyze findings, and contribute to the quality assurance process.
3. Assist in internal education, keeping teams informed about product roadmaps and technical updates.
4. Support key projects and customers by offering expert technical guidance.
5. Develop and maintain training materials related to product troubleshooting and usage.
6. Analyze customer problems effectively and provide logical, resourceful, and detail-oriented solutions.
7. Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies, market trends, and product updates.
8. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of the Product Team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. BA degree in computer science or information technology, or a combination of education and work experience.
2. Strong team player who collaborates effectively to meet team objectives.
3. A positive, can-do attitude towards work.
4. Excellent analytical, self-learning, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Valid driving license.
7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
