The role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Buildings and Infrastructure Project Officer to join our team in a full-time ongoing role.
Reporting to the Capital Works, Infrastructure and ICT Manager, you will assist with the leadership of the Maintenance team, coordination, and oversight of relevant contractors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and statutory responsibilities and ensuring that Clarendon facilities are well presented, maintained, and OHS compliant.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Basic knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
2. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and permits.
3. Accurate use of computer systems.
4. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
5. Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to change, exercise initiative, and work both independently and cooperatively.
