Overview As a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be pivotal in delivering an awesome product and service experience for our customers using our online suite of products for our customers and the business. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, assisting them with any queries and issues related to their printers. Taking responsibility for calls and seeing them through to completion in a professional manner. Ensure that all enquiries are recognised, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively. Take ownership for providing an excellent customer journey, ensuring all cases are fully resolved and in line with our quality processes and procedures. Supply high-quality service in accordance with given processes and procedures. Attend weekly one on one meeting with line manager in order to receive feedback about all individual performances. Consistently utilise knowledge base tools according to contact centre and client procedures. Ensure that adherence to required shift schedules is observed at all times.
