Your role will involve handling and matching sub-contractor and supplier invoices, while also taking charge of petty cash and staff expenses. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll ensure seamless bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment records. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries, reconcile supplier statements, and keep supplier accounts running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for precision and problem-solving, this opportunity is perfect for you A successful candidate will have experience with accounting packages and strong knowledge of accounts payable processes. Working hours are flexible at 3 days per week. Salary is variable on experience but is expected to sit around £13 - £15/hr.
