We’re looking for an Operational Performance Analyst to drive key business innovations and enhance performance across our Litigation operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals. In this role, you’ll identify opportunities to boost production, increase yield, and reduce costs—driving real commercial impact.
You’ll also be working closely with business leaders, support innovation and help execute strategic improvements that make a difference!
Some of the day-day:
* Support the delivery of key business innovations, ensuring they align with deadlines, budgets, and commercial objectives.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Litigation Analytics, Dialler Team, Operational Teams) to enhance team and agent performance.
* Analyse and present operational and performance data to identify revenue opportunities and process improvements.
* Develop initiatives to optimise operational efficiency, collaborating with the Dialler and Resource Planning Teams.
* Drive continuous improvements in inbound and outbound performance across key KPIs/KRIs.
* Establish a structured meeting rhythm to address operational challenges and communicate innovations effectively.
* Present data-driven insights to senior management, adapting communication styles to different audiences.
* Track, report, and monitor operational innovations across the Litigation lifecycle.
* Utilize PowerBI to support informed decision-making and strategic discussions.
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience of working in reporting, analytical capacity in an Operational reporting, Risk, MI environment.
* Working with large datasets of Activity, Inventory, customer and transactional data.
* Strong co-ordination and organisations skills.
* Experienced user of SAS, SQL, Power BI Reporting.
* Excellent database, spreadsheet and analytical tool development knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
