About the Role:
OEC is seeking a Manager of Product Management to oversee operations for the Fleet team. This role involves building software product strategies, managing a talented team, and creating roadmaps that align with market needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach the Fleet product team, removing obstacles and fostering team growth.
* Analyze market data and customer needs to define opportunities and build a product roadmap.
* Develop product line strategies and collaborate across teams to ensure execution.
* Design product packaging, pricing, and positioning aligned with the value proposition.
* Represent OEC as a product expert in presentations and customer initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with OEMs, third parties, and industry professionals.
* Own profit and loss for the product line, managing budgets and ROI effectively.
What You Bring:
* Experience: 10+ years in product development, including large-scale projects and Agile frameworks, with 4+ years in leadership roles. UK market knowledge (automotive software products) would be an advantage
* Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Strategic Skills: Expertise in market analysis, problem-solving, and product strategy development.
* Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills tailored to various audiences.
