Chefs are required for a residential and supported living establishment in Rochdale, Greater Manchester (Immediate start, once compliance issues have been met).
The successful candidate will have experience working within the hospitality industry as a Chef.
This role involves working within supported living/hostel units, supporting clients with a range of medical needs and specialized dietary requirements.
You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner, as well as being familiar with sanitation regulations.
You must hold NVQ Level 2, Level 2 Food Safety, IDDSI Modified Food, and relevant training.
