Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for a motivated Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team. The Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, liaising with customers, and assisting with sales processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently. Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details and sales activities. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives where required. Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers where necessary. Provide general administrative assistance as required to facilitate the efficiency of the sales team. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administrator, or Customer Service role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
