Role: Onboarding Administrator [ UK Defence ] Location: Reading/Winnersh [minimum 1 day on site] Salary: Circa £350 - £400 p/d depending on experience Main purpose of job: To support the People Engagement & Onboarding Officer with onboarding & offboarding related activities for our Task Based Workforce. Professional with SC Clearance, experienced in working with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) or other Central Government agencies. You will liaise between diverse stakeholder community and partners within government departments and large defence organisations to support onboarding administration activities. This is to support the wider programme and accelerate the development of future technology and major infrastructure projects. Role Support the People Engagement & Onboarding Officer onboard and offboard all task-based workers. Onboard Supplier Admins and issue supplier admin training. Update Onboarding tracker and answer any onboarding related queries to hiring managers and coordinate update comms. Coordinate with supplier admins to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding related activities. Update new worker access permissions such as distribution lists, SharePoint and other access areas across the business. Coordinate with the security access, vetting and contract management teams to ensure smooth exchange of information and update on any changes. Support People Engagement & Onboarding Officer in ad hoc related tasks around onboarding and induction including business cases, presentations and communications. Support People Engagement & Onboarding Officer in process documentation and process mapping. Work with the Access Project Team to ensure all active workers are appearing in the correct organisation charts. We are looking for: Previous experience working as in administration on a secure site, establishing best practice project management, ideally in a defence or consulting business. Communication skills, senior level stakeholder management. Exceptional planning and organisational capabilities.
