Your key responsibilities will include:
18. Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where you team feel welcomed and supported
19. Being a responsible key holder
20. Using the till, taking order and receiving payments
21. Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
22. Producing weekly rotas following the managers guidelines
23. Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
24. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are pro-active at all times
25. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
26. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Retail Supervisor will:
27. Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
28. Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment
29. Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety
30. Customer service focused
31. Team player and can-do attitude
32. Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
33. Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
34. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
