What you’ll do The purpose of this role is to support the business with effective delivery of projects and customer contracts with the primary responsibilities being purchasing, managing small sized projects and customer renewals. This role offers development opportunities within our Project Management team. Purchasing for both projects, customers and business related needs in line with project timelines Customer renewals of both kit and licenses. Updating any contracts with ad hoc changes Updating internal systems, reports and changes to customer contracts Supplier management including maintaining strong supplier relationships and working with them to ensure purchases are actioned and received within deadlines Asset management, including goods receipting and updating any necessary systems End to end management of small projects – including project kick off, scheduling engineers, updating customers / internal stakeholders and managing third party supplies Project admin, including creating contracts, projects and tickets and creating project documentation Monitoring projects to ensure they remain within timeframes and budgets and flagging any risks Updating customers and internal stakeholders on the status of projects and any purchases Updating of key supplier systems including Westcoast and Microsoft Sending updates reports to key customers Taking deliveries and meeting couriers Credit checks Job Requirements: Great problem-solving, planning, communication and time management skills are essential. Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders Proficient in the Microsoft suite, typically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experiences coordinating projects / order management or procurement would be preferred An ambition to progress within the PMO team Prince2 or Agile qualification would be advantageous Be well looked after Happy people make happy businesses.
