Salt is working with a well-known global company, seeking a Consumer Insights & Strategy Specialist to help strategic planning and flawless end-to-end execution in social media, sales channel marketing, and commerce across various touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in content design, market development, and social-first insights, leveraging data-driven methodologies to ensure superior brand experience and execution.
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of brand engagement by integrating insights across media, commerce, and social platforms.
* 6+ month, immediate start contract

As a Consumer Insights & Strategy Specialist, you will:
* Develop and measure brand-driven content strategies to enhance brand world-building across media and commerce, utilising consumer insights to inform content development and ensure impactful storytelling across platforms.
* Evaluate and refine content performance through engagement metrics, visibility impact tracking, and return on investment analysis.
* Deploy innovative solutions and core business strategies to drive multi-year growth through data-backed insights, and identify opportunities to optimise brand positioning, partnerships, and retail experiences.
* Implement demand-creation strategies to expand market share and brand presence.
* Partner with global brand design teams to adapt and execute localised research with cultural and market relevance, ensuring alignment between global brand strategies and local execution plans.
* Leverage social listening and analytics tools to extract actionable insights from engagement metrics, influencer collaborations, and media performance.
* Deliver consumer-driven insights for integrated brand plans, including activations, partnerships, and shopper experiences.
You will need:
* Extensive experience in consumer insights, brand strategy, digital marketing, or social media analytics, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
* Strong experience in influencer marketing, social media insights, and content performance measurement.
* Strong knowledge of brand growth strategies and consumer activation methodologies.
* Background in FMCG or beauty industries is a strong plus.
