Reporting to: Sales Office Manager
Main Job Role:
In your position of Telesales Representative, you will be required to manage a high volume of approx.150 incoming calls a day dealing with a range of customers across the automotive industry ranging from local garages to national accounts. Processing their orders, handling queries, and providing product information when required. You will also be tasked with pro-active outbound calls to current customers and cold calls to potential customers, ensuring total customer satisfaction by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.
You will be assigned your own customer base to manage and tasked with growing your area’s profitability, working alongside your colleagues, both office based and our external Business Development Managers.
Skills Required:
* Applicants must be I.T. literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of the tyre industry preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time – Based in Aylesbury, Bucks, Hours of Work: 9am – 6pm Mon-Fri – Subject to change in the event of holiday & sickness cover and 8.30am – 1pm on a Saturday Rota.
