Duties and Responsibilities: Handle daily admin tasks such as HR, lead distribution, accounts, referrals, and case renewals. Work with Finance teams to help resolve account queries and unallocated cash reports. Distribute inbound leads quickly and accurately, ensuring tracking is up to date. Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting, desk moves, and equipment swaps. Support key projects and management reporting across the business.
