Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join our Strategy & Transformation team as a Project Facilitator. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and also enjoys working in a team. The role of the Project Facilitator is part of a corporate team of project, programme and service improvement managers, who have the responsibility for leading the Trust's priority strategic and transformational change initiatives. The proposed interview date is : 28th February Main duties of the job The post holder will be accountable for successful delivery in a number of work areas. The Project Facilitator will support the delivery of key sustainability and transformation projects, facilitating and monitor progress to ensure delivery of value for money and effective and sustainable improvements for patients and staff. The Project Facilitator will work with, and practically support, key stakeholders in the implementation of change projects, financial sustainability and quality improvement initiatives, in setting up structures, documentation and reporting. In addition to basic project management skills the Project Facilitator will be able to collect, interrogate and interpret data and complex information and communicate resulting recommendations in a structured and succinct manner to a range of stakeholders.
