Lead Criteria - Extensive experience of having conducted analysis of complex issues and presented findings and recommendations to colleagues Experience of developing product strategy by understanding and mitigating risks and what the future drivers are Ability to influence stakeholders, react to challenge and build long term strategic relationships Ability to make effective decisions based on incomplete information using a range of techniques Ability to support the development of a product roadmap, negotiating with stakeholders to gain buy-in Experience of coaching and mentoring other product people You and your role Are you a seasoned product strategist with experience in complex digital environments? Can you use your experience and skills liaising with stakeholders, steering policy and influencing product road maps which influence the future of public services? As a Senior Product Strategist, you will be developing robust product strategy, navigating a complex digital environment as part of our Universal Credit (UC) team. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape policy, influence product roadmaps and coordinate product strategy across DWP's Labour Market service. As a senior member of our team we want you guide, support and coach junior members and drive best practice discussions in the wider product and digital communities. Details. Wages. Perks.
