About the Role
Connex Education is working with a SEN Secondary school in Bury, who are looking for teaching assistant(s) to work on a part-time or full-time basis.
About the School
The school caters for children ages 11-16 with autism and communication difficulties. They are looking for teaching assistants to provide general cover for KS3/4 & 5 classes across the school or on a 1-1 basis. This is an innovative, forward-thinking school where all learners are empowered to achieve their dreams. Assignment Details
This role is to start ASAP and will last for the remainder of the academic year.

Person Specification
* Experience supporting pupils with autism or other special educational needs in a classroom or similar setting.
* Confidence in working with challenging behaviour.
* A current DBS on the update service or willingness to provide a new one.
