Permanent Head of HR Salary: up to £115,000 benefits Location: Central London 2x days in the office x3 working from home ASAP start required Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively partnering with a global advertising business to secure a new Head of HR to join their SLT. This is a broad and all-around HR position with a focus on strategy, leadership, culture, ER, business partnering and reporting. Managing a client group of 250 across the globe, we are seeking someone who has a hands-on approach and is able to drive and deliver strategies across the business. This person will be responsible for promoting a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring employees feel valued and supported. Responsibilities: Working closely with the SLT on strategy and delivering on the boards objectives and mission Responsible for the global scale up and expansion in various countries, through policies, recruitment and ER Strong leadership skills, managing a team of 2x, mentoring and motivating them to develop and progress Responsible for policy development, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations across all regions Talent Acquisition and workforce planning Driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives Reporting to the board of HR insights / analytics Required Skills: Proven HR leadership experience, ideally from a larger organisation with an interest in coming into a smaller business. Experience in a generalist HR position Confidence knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint and various HR systems)
