Our prestigious legal client based in Liverpool is seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join their team, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Previous experience in a front of house role within an office environment is required. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am - 5.30pm. Duties will include: Greet and welcome visitors to the office with professionalism Provide administrative support to Lawyers as needed Work independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility Assist with meetings, including organising refreshments and other requirements Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently Maintain the general upkeep and tidiness of the office space Manage the relationship with the cleaning company Oversee office filing, archiving and storage systems Take responsibility for hot desking and meeting room bookings Coordinate stationery orders and ensure office supplies are well-stocked Please apply today for immediate consideration
