To work within Trust and Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT) guidelines, have a good working knowledge of national and local standards and monitor own and other working practices in liaison with Senior Occupational Therapists. To be responsible for teaching student occupational therapists to graduate level on knowledge and skills within your department.
