Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Brand Activation, you will lead the development and execution of our Berkley brand, alongside a handful of smaller brand marketing strategies, ensuring seamless activation across campaigns, content, events, ambassador programs, PR, and media. You will create EMEA-wide marketing plans while ensuring they are relevant and adaptable to local markets, addressing specific regional needs. You will champion creative, consumer-driven initiatives that elevate brand presence, build loyalty, and drive engagement across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives by leading brand campaigns with impactful messaging and positioning.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a unified brand narrative across product and marketing initiatives.
* Planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, whilst overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality content.
* Managing event activations ensuring flawless execution.
* Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, aligning them with the brand’s vision.
* Identifying and negotiating partnerships with like-minded organisations and stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
* Leading PR efforts, securing impactful media coverage, managing agency relationships, overseeing media buying and ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI.
* Understanding consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends by using insights to refine campaigns and ensure relevance to the target audience.
* Working closely with teams to ensure cohesion and consistency across all brand initiatives and supporting the launch and promotion of new products.
* Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and reporting results to stakeholders, whilst continuously optimising marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Role Requirements:
* Proven experience in brand marketing, activation, or similar roles, ideally within a consumer-focused industry.
* Strong track record of leading successful brand campaigns and activations.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
* Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and media planning.
* In-depth understanding of the target audience and industry.
* Familiarity with current marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for building brands.
* Willingness to travel across Europe for events, activations, and stakeholder meetings.
