Hawkwood is currently partnering with one of the largest crypto-native algorithmic trading companies in their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. 📈
Since being Founded in 2017, our client has grown to 110 employees across the UK and Singapore. This is a really exciting opportunity to join as their first Talent Associate to take ownership of all Talent Operations activities. 🌱

This is owner-executor role, meaning the responsibilities range from working on Talent related projects to being very hands on with Talent Operations. ⚙️🧠
What can you expect to be getting up to... 🛠
* Manage scheduling for all hires - owning the process from end to end offering a world-class candidate experience.
* Partner with interviewers to find the best possible solution to any problems that arise.
* Work closely with the Head of Talent to keep up the momentum in the process and communicate issues where appropriate.
* Utilise data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
* Contribute and lead on employer branding initiatives to attract high-calibre candidates.
* Publish and promote job openings on the company website and all relevant job boards, ensuring they are consistently updated and accurately reflect our current opportunities.
* Support the implementation of automation tools to enhance the efficiency of day-to-day recruitment operations.
* Liaise with key external stakeholders at universities and various engineering boot-camps to arrange events such as career fairs, hackathons, company presentations and any events that could bring value to Wintermute.
* Greet and host all candidate interviews on-site, ensuring a smooth and seamless interview experience for both candidates and interviewers
* Support and drive talent operations projects.
What we're looking for: 🙌
* 1-3 years of Talent Operations experience in a simialr role; this must be a role that requires coordination.
* Experience of working within a high-growth, high performing environment.
* An ownership/action-orientated mentality: doing whatever needs to be done to achieve the goals, from initiating improvements to effective execution of operational tasks
* Confidence with Excel/data sets and technology tools such as Lever.
* Have excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Work with a high sense of urgency and consistently aim to deliver high-quality work.
* Are a tenacious problem solver who can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
* Have worked in a recruiting environment, or similar in the past.
* Desirable; experience working within a Trading firm.
