Job Overview
An opportunity has arisen for two part-time Band 2 Physiotherapy Health Care Support Workers to join our physiotherapy team on the in-patient wards at the Grange University Hospital. The post holders will work alongside registered physiotherapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to support patients’ rehabilitation and facilitate timely discharge.
Main Duties of the Job
The post is a mix of clinical and non-clinical duties, working alongside the registered physiotherapists on the ward, including administration, stock control, and general housekeeping. The post holder will undertake on-the-job training and work towards completing appropriate level 2 units of the Agored Cymru competency framework. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
