The ServiceNow Developer will focus on the configuration and development of the ServiceNow platform, implementing out of the box capabilities and custom solutions that lay the foundation for our vision of providing secure, reliable, and resilient information systems to our clients. This role is part of an established team supporting a multi-tenant instance of ServiceNow, comprised of ITSM, CSM, ITBM & ITOM. This role is open to candidates who reside in Northern Ireland. Working hours would be 2pm to 10pm local time (9am to 5pm Eastern Time). Core Requirements Includes Experience in ServiceNow processes or business modules (any of ITSM, CSM, ITBM, etc.) Experience with eBonding. Ability to work closely with the Core Platforms & Product teams, to translate their requirements into deliverables within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Work as an experienced ServiceNow Developer and trusted advisor to our clients and our internal teams. Configuration and development of Agio’s ServiceNow platform to enhance the functionality and improve client experience. Create or enhance various ServiceNow components such as business rules, flow designer, workflow, request catalog, client script, script include, UI policy, UI action, portal, UI macro, etc. Streamline the onboarding process for new clients integrating with ServiceNow. Work closely with various teams to identify solutions and improve ServiceNow capabilities. Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document deliverables using agreed upon standards and tools. Ensure all requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. Research and maintain a deep technical understanding of current and upcoming ServiceNow releases, communicating benefits and alignment with Agio's vision. Seek out opportunities to leverage AI and automation to refine workflows, create efficiencies and improve the agent/client experience. Evaluate technical impacts from and coordinates implementation of new product releases. Expected Results Completion of ServiceNow stories for client implementations. Completion of domain separation activities. Identification of automation opportunities. Automation of onboarding process for new clients and new services for existing clients. Improvement of customer experience through better UX, streamlined case handling and automated fulfillment.
