Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons that promote active learning and cater to the unique needs of each child. Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to maintain a safe and effective learning environment. Implement the school's EYFS curriculum, monitoring and assessing student progress to provide constructive feedback. Adapt to different classrooms and year groups as required for supply teaching assignments. Requirements: Relevant teaching qualifications and experience, including Early Years Education (EYTS) or equivalent. Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development. Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and establish rapport with students. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff. Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
