Job summary Due to the forthcoming retirement of one of the Partners an exciting opporunity has become available for a GP Partner or Salaried GP. There are currently 2 full time partners and 2 part time salaried GPs, along with a Paramedic, ANP and Pharmacist for 6500 patients. We work very closely with our PCN and have a wide range of staff i.e. Mental Health Nurses, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Social Prescriber, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, Data & Quality IT Administrator, Frailty Co-Ordinator, Healthcare Assistants, Learning Disability Care Co-ordinator, Safeguarding Care Co-ordinator, Diabetes Care Co-ordinator. At Neetside, we use MS Teams, AccRx Triage, TPP and System One. Full training can be provided. Main duties of the job We are looking for a focused, motivated GP to join our team based on the North Cornwall Coast in Bude. You will be expected to undertake all normal duties, making professional and autonomous decisions and all responsibilities associated with working as a GP in primary care. We are seeking a GP to do 6 - 8 sessions per week, with no duty doc system or weekend work required. We currently off minor surgery and injections, coil fitting services and extended hours clinics. We work using a signposting and total triage system ensuring we are making full us of the Clinical team both within the Surgery via our ANP, Paramedic, Nurses and HCA's as well as working closely with our PCN. About us Our Surgery is situated in renovated Methodist Church Halls, it has lots of character and is within walking distance of the lovely town and beaches. Rated as Outstanding by the CQC we are a patient focused Surgery at the heart of the seaside town of Bude, North Cornwall. Our current practice list is 6500 patients, previously a training practice it is our intention to restart this once our new premises has been finalised. We are a friendly and supportive team, and will often have daily lunchtime get togethers over lunch often with cake.
