About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, organised, and professional individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. As an invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that exams are conducted in a secure, controlled, and fair environment. This role is ideal for those with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise examinations, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and that candidates adhere to the exam rules.
Distribute and collect exam papers, stationery, and any required materials.
Ensure that the exam room is properly set up and that all equipment is functioning.
Monitor candidates during the exam, ensuring there is no cheating or disruptive behaviour.
Record attendance and assist with managing any special requirements for students.
Handle any emergencies or incidents in accordance with established protocols.
Assist with the distribution of results and other administrative duties as needed.Key Requirements:
Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Punctual and reliable, with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Previous experience in invigilating or working in an educational environment is desirable, but not essential.
