Job Summary:
Club Class Music Group are hiring a Live Events Assistant with a passion for electronic music and the organisational / communication skills to promote events within Club Class Music Management.
You will be responsible for rollouts, liaising with promoters and stakeholders, remote events, social media for the artists and some bookings. The brands we currently have in the market are Meduza3 hybrid-live Show, James Hype's Get Closer, SYNC and Stereohype Events, Our House Ibiza (Hï Ibiza Residency by Meduza & James Hype) and Gok Wan's Isolation Nation events.
As a company, we collaborate with the largest players in the events market, from Live Nation, AEG, and their affiliates to festivals and clubs across the globe which are all well-known within our field.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their career to develop their experience in a supported environment and to help establish and shape these record labels with events brands. We are already doing great business in the live space and are expanding this area of business into the coming years.

Location: Maidstone Studios, New Cut Road, Vinters Park, Maidstone, Kent. ME14 5NZ
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week). Please note we do not support remote working - this is an office-based role at our office address above.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accompanying the events manager to shows when required.
2. Promoting events across all social media platforms alongside global promoters we work with.
3. Roll out of shows, from artwork creation/asset creation to liaising with the promoter to ensure a smooth sale of tickets from launch to show date.
4. Supporting the events manager with logistical and administrative support as required.
5. Maintaining records of all bookings and liaising with the promoters on individual shows.
6. Liaising with the booking manager to ensure budgets are correctly accounted for.
7. Assisting with creative decisions on all shows.
8. Research, build, and analyse potential partner relationships globally.
9. Drive a data-driven mentality through paid digital activity, ensuring campaigns are building both existing and new audience bases.
10. Ownership and day-to-day management of project budgets.
11. Monitor and respond to regular ticket updates to ensure projects stay on target.
12. A keen eye for detail.
13. Ability to think quickly and laterally in a very fast-moving environment.
14. Microsoft Office competent.
15. Video editing ability is a bonus.
