Our client, a small and welcoming specialist service supporting adults with learning disabilities and related conditions, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join their dedicated team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist setting. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will support residents' complex needs while promoting their well-being, independence, and dignity. The role involves a rotation of day and night shifts, ensuring continuity of care and a consistent, supportive environment.

* RNLD or RMN qualification (RGNs with relevant experience in learning disabilities or Mental Health are welcomed to apply).
* A compassionate, person-centred approach, with a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in managing complex care needs .
* Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring the needs of each resident are met.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans.
* Administer medication safely and effectively, following best practice guidelines.
* Encourage independence and empower residents, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support workers, and families.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, promoting best practices in learning disability care.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
