We are looking for a Band 5 Nurse to join our experienced team, focused on recovery and making a positive impact on the quality of life for our service users.
Main duties of the job

In this role, you will work alongside the MDT, within the confines of a robust co-produced care plan that meets the individual service users’ needs while managing any risk factors. The recovery-focused approach allows collaboration with carers, relatives, and third-party agencies. Additionally, the role focuses on proactively supporting reintegration back into the community, linking with services such as housing and drug and alcohol support.

* Nursing Degree or equivalent RN(MH)
Experience
* Previous experience of working with people with mental health needs.
