Position: Full-Time Female PE Teacher
Setting: Secondary School
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
2. An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
5. Commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the PE curriculum.
Preferred Qualifications:
6. Experience in teaching PE at the secondary level.
7. Knowledge of a variety of sports and physical activities.
8. First Aid certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities and interests.
10. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
11. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
12. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
13. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during PE activities.
