Scale: APTEC Scale 12 to 20 depending on experience
Salary: £30,033 to £33,957 per annum pro rota for term time only is £26,180 to £29,600 per annum
Hours: 8.15am to 4.15pm, term time only
Start Date: September 2024
PolyMAT is a small and ambitious MAT with a unique family feel that is seeking an Attendance Officer. Our vision is ‘Success for Everyone’ and the successful candidate will help deliver this for our schools. We currently have three schools in our Trust: Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, a long-successful boys’ school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls that opened in 2019, and Bannockburn Primary School, a large successful primary that joined the Trust on 1st November 2023. We also have our flourishing Sixth Form provision which is co-educational.
Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys are looking for a reliable and committed Attendance Officer. The ideal candidate will have the qualities, skills and drive necessary to fulfil this role. The purpose of this role is to lead on attendance management, carrying out and coordinating effective administration to improve attendance rates to ensure students achieve the very best results that they can.
Applicants must be highly organised and have a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
Candidates must have experience of:
1. Bromcom
2. Experience of CPOMS
3. Experience using Microsoft Office including knowledge of Word and Excel
4. Some knowledge of attendance laws and legislation
