Location: Hybrid in Brighton, East Sussex (3 days in office, 2 from home)

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Analyst to join their team. This position offers the chance to work on impactful campaigns across a variety of clients, predominantly in PPC but with exposure to Paid Social as well. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse departments, develop data-driven strategies, and contribute to campaign successes with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, utilising keyword, audience, and competitor insights.
* Manage and enhance existing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
* Act as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
* Analyse trends, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
* Craft engaging ad copy and deliver insightful reports to clients and internal teams.
* Audit prospective client accounts, providing actionable recommendations, and support junior team members through mentoring and training.
Essential Requirements:
* Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, with strong knowledge of PPC platforms and conversion tracking.
* Experienced in data-driven strategy, budget management, A/B testing, and CPC bidding.
* Excellent communicator, skilled at conveying insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong client relationship skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Desirable Skills:
* Understanding of Paid Social or Programmatic channels.
* Ability to forecast campaign performance.
