Travel company based in Manchester city centre, recruiting with ASAP starts. You will need to be flexible to work shifts with 1 in 3 weekends. Shifts are 8am to 4pm or 2pm to 10pm. Hybrid working after training.
Your new role
1. Handling customer queries via live chat.
2. Assisting existing customers looking to change their bookings.
3. Building relationships with customers to understand their needs.
4. Retaining customers by finding alternative options.
5. Upselling additional packages.
