Our fantastic client in Windsor is a leading Digital Healthcare firm that is continuing to grow and is looking for a great new Customer Service Advisor to join the team!
They are paying a salary of £22,500 to £23,500. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm (37.5 hours a week), and they offer hybrid working after you complete your training! This will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities of the role:
1. Corresponding with solicitors, claimants, and medical experts via letter and email
2. General administration such as issuing appointments
3. Data entry
4. Diary work
5. Answering incoming calls
6. Making outgoing calls
7. Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
8. Ordering and processing medical records
9. Arranging medical tests/investigations as required
Skills required for the role:

5. 1 year of transferable experience
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language - Grade C or above)
