Summary
Operating within an established ISO Integrated Management System, this is a vital role working within a team comprising of Regional Sales Representatives, Sales Office Manager, Sales Co-ordinators, Estimating/Technical Support and Production Planning. To ensure customer sales orders are processed accurately in a timely and efficient manner to fulfil customer commitments.
Customer satisfaction is the goal, and you will be expected to focus your efforts and contribute towards delivery of a first-class service to our customers.
Duties will include:
1. Supporting in preparing schedules and quotations.
2. Revising existing schedules and quotations.
3. Setting up new sites on the system.
4. Providing support and assistance to other department sections as required.
5. Supporting with inbound and outbound telephone calls.
6. Email communication.
7. Checking own work for accuracy as well as colleagues as required.
8. Resolution of queries.
9. Trouble shooting.
10. Learn and keep up to date on product knowledge, standards and regulations.
11. General administration.
12. Wearing appropriate personal protective clothing/ equipment and observing all safety requirements/ procedures.
13. This list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to carry out any reasonable task as requested by your Supervisor/Manager and offer cover support to other Sales Office Sections where required.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications
1. Sage 1000 user experience.
2. Accomplished Excel user who is comfortable manipulating data within spreadsheets.
3. Windows 10 user experience.
4. GAI Diploma.
Hours of Work
38.75 hours per week, Monday – Friday. 08:15 – 17:00 or 08:45 – 17:30 with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
SALARY
£23,232.95 per annum (£11.53 per hour).
