Job summary The Trust currently have the following vacancy within the Children and Young Peoples Department We are looking for an Admin Support Assistant for a fixed term contract of 12months supporting the Children's Services, Health Visiting admin team. We provide a range of services to children and young people throughout Buckinghamshire, such as health visiting, school nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and family nurse partnership. Main duties of the job Please refer to the Job Description for more information. To provide administrative support such as sending out communications to patients. Support the team with printing, laminating, and building resources. To maintain clinical records by taking part in the discharge process of the children's services. To communicate with the clients via text, email, letters and via telephone calls where required. Provide reception cover where requested by management team. To support the booking team where required. To deal with concerns and complaints appropriately, escalating to your Line Manager where required. Work closely with and maintain excellent communication channels with the clinical team.
