Essential Duties & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Business Client Development:
o Deliver the Brand message to commercially enhance the customer journey.
o Deliver an extraordinary customer sales experience to make a significant impact on the sales results of assigned area/store.
o Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling and by fostering synergies between categories.
2. Leadership & Engagement Support:
o Support the manager(s) in creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture.
o Support the team using service metrics in absence of manager(s) to deliver sales and profit results.
o Support the manager(s) in developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture.
3. Operations:
o Expert of Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, cash management, and able to interpret key Business reports.
o Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation.
o Coordinate and support marketing initiatives and price changes.
